Job Description
A vacancy exists for a Junior Organizational Development Consultant in an Abuja based Consulting Firm. The Junior OD Consultant is responsible for providing support for various aspects of the programs and projects that we implement including but not limited to a variety of pre-program activities; program implementation tasks; post-program activities; records management; supporting our marketing activities for ALL our programs in the ODS space and providing support in our eLearning projects.
Expected Competencies
Key Requirements
1) Graduate in Management or Social Sciences interested in a career in Human Resources Management and Management Consulting with 0 - 3 years experience
2) High Learning Agility
3) Good Problem Solving Skills
4) Great Communication and Interpersonal Skills
5) Resident in Abuja
